Pre-planning studies for a 20-storey tower, adjacent houses and commercial spaces.
The Thrayle House, Stockwell redevelopment forms part of the overall Stockwell Estate Regeneration Strategy and will provide a further 174 residential units across 3 interlinking blocks ranging from 5 to 20 stories, with commercial space at ground floor level and basement parking below.
Tully De’Ath are currently progressing the scheme up to RIBA ‘work stage 4’ on behalf of Network Housing Group providing both Civil and Structural Engineering advice alongside PRP Architects.
To fully understand the scale of the scheme’s full footprint basement, it’s buildability in relation to the surrounding highways, the significant transfers occurring through the ground floor slab and the structure towering up to 20 storeys over, Revit modelling has been utilised across the team at this early stage.
'...the scheme is set to benefit from the whole BIM lifecycle; and it's associated efficiencies.'
With this invaluable and extensive early design input, along with early building modelling the scheme is set to benefit from the whole BIM lifecycle; and its associated efficiencies
This scheme continues Tully De’Ath’s involvement in the overall Stockwell Regeneration.
