Rectory Park

Pre-planning civil and structural engineering services on a multi-phased 425 unit scheme

We have been appointed to provide pre-planning civil and structural engineering services on a multi-phased 425 unit scheme at Rectory Park, Northalt, for Network Housing. The scheme also includes and a new community centre, all set in a landscaped setting next to a park.

The 4.4 hectare scheme has been designed by Architects bptw Partnership and consists of a detailed application for the first two phases (160 units) and an outline scheme for a further three phases.

'Tully De'Ath have also undertaken a Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy Report for the planning application as well as instructing a Ground Investigation and Contamination Survey'

As well as providing pre-planning advice in terms of best value structural solutions, Tully De'Ath have also undertaken a Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy Report for the planning application as well as instructing a Ground Investigation and Contamination Survey.

The key challenge on this scheme was to provide a multi phased drainage design as part of the masterplanning that would ensure minimal disruption for existing tenants while the early phase building works were on-going.
