A major masterplanning and regeneration project designed to deliver social housing, shared ownership and private dwellings as well as commercial premises.The scheme involves long-term strategic planning for services, investigation into central heating plant and planning for utilizing existing road networks.
The design was agreed and Outline Planning Permission granted in November 2005. The final layout generates a high quality, high density, sustainable community.Tully De’Ath are focusing on Phases 2.1 and 2.2, built specifically for Social Housing and involving 250 units at a build cost of £38m.

Construction features RC and Fusion frame. Civil design involved a flood risk assessment and masterplanning, featuring drainage, main service and highways as well as identifying and implementing solutions to a Transport Impact Assessment.
Stakeholder consultation was part of the programme which also had to overcome TPO (Tree Protection Order) issues.
