This 12-storey building comprises 56 self-contained affordable and shared equity flats.

Due to the development's proximity to the railway and the A406, the building's windows are designed to meet very high sound insulation standards. The scheme is designed to achieve Eco Homes - Very Good, Lifetime Homes and Secured-by-Design.

The development on Mill Road forms part of plans to regenerate Ilford Town Centre. The scheme benefits from its location next to the River Roding and proximity to the excellent central transport links and amenities.

The development consists of two phases. Phase 1, comprising thirty four 2 bedroom apartments for affordable rent, was completed in 2006. Phase 2 sees 56 new build flats, comprising 33 for affordable rent and 23 for shared ownership.

Designed by The Tooley & Foster Partnership and built by Higgins, this phase is now complete.
