The development provides a mixture of rental and shared ownership apartments. It showcases a commitment to sustainability, with the homes achieving a 'Code for Sustainable Homes' rating of 4.

The project, ranging to 11 storeys high, includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 87 of these are for rent and 58 for shared ownership. The project has been constructed in 3 blocks with a basement car park.

Environmentally-friendly design initiatives include 147 bike bays to encourage residents to cycle, biomass boilers, green and brown roofs plus a communal garden. Landscaped areas and a children’s play area will also be included.

Our Transport Design has also taken into consideration the excellent public transport links, with Harlesden and North Acton stations both nearby.
