New technologies and services that help our clients achieve their goals on time and on budget
Tully De'Ath is committed to developing new technologies and services and maintaining its position at the leading edge of design. Recent work has focused on the development of renewable and low carbon energy systems, timber jointing in construction and structural optimisation.
Structural Insulated Panels, BREEAM and the search for sustainability
Our clients constantly look to build schemes that are more sustainable and efficient. We in turn are always keen to embrace new methods of construction that help our clients achieve their goals.
This is evidenced through our commitment as a Key Partner in the design team that has delivered the Osborne Group Jabhouse, featured at the BRE Innovation Park. It features an adaptable combination of structural insulated panels, which create a structural shell that incorporates the internal leaf of external walls and party walls.
Cloud Services and Building Information Management (BIM)
Cloud services are becoming more prevalent for the sharing or information in the construction industry. We regularly use secure online document, model, and data management tools such as AutoDesk Buzzsaw to support work-flows and to enable access to project information for the entire team.
Through investment in our IT systems and design software we are also ready to embrace Building Information Management (BIM). Using software such as Autodesk's Revit and our existing Finite Element Design Software we are well placed to tackle schemes using this new technology.
