Accounts Assistant, We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to cover Maternity Leave for 15 months, based at our Forest Row office (some remote working likely to feature initially), and reporting to the Finance Director. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Accounts experience, have strong credit control and sales ledger background, with a degree level education or financial qualifications, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Drafting and issuing of sales invoices, credit control and maintaining strong client relationships, liaising with Project Engineers and Directors to review and maintain an accurate Fee Forecast, Deltek project accounting module update and analysis of project financial performance, processing Purchase invoices, bank reconciliations and supporting the team as required.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate relevant previous experience working within a busy professional services environment. They will pride themselves on their analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. Working well as part of a team with strong verbal and written communication skills, we are seeking a fast learner with a flexible and highly tenacious approach to their work. Deltek Project Information Management software experience (AEC) would be highly desirable.
Due to an expanding business and increasing workloads in the housing, education, commercial and public sectors, Tully De'Ath are seeking a Structural Engineer and a Structural REVIT Technician.
Structural Engineer, Grad +4. This exciting role will suit an ambitious Structural Engineer looking to join an expanding company. This role will see the engineer take detailed design from RIBA Stages 3/4 to construction. Projects could be multi storey with finite element analysis featuring, we also deliver large regeneration projects. Concrete, LWSF, Load-Bearing Masonry, CLT all feature in our portfolio.
The right candidate must have: good, solid experience and knowledge with RC framed buildings in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial or Leisure markets; have good experience and knowledge using Tekla software; be chartered, or to have aspirations to become chartered.
Structural REVIT Technician An exciting opportunity to join an industry leading consultancy working within a highly experienced Structural Engineering team on a variety of projects.
The right candidate must have: minimum 3 years’ experience and knowledge in Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial or Leisure markets using REVIT software; have aspirations to work towards HNC, HND or a degree; have a good understanding of UK Standards.
